Travel with a uke and all your social problems are over . You will immediately surrounded by people requesting songs and buying you drinks .

Unless you cant play of course - then you'll be a huge disappointment to everyone and they will dance around you - teasing and throwing objects !

So , we'd recommend getting a few songs under your belt before you go travelling - so buy this uke a few weeks in advance - not just on the way to the airport 

( Haywards Heath is very conveniently situated for Gatwick btw - just a 12-15 minute train ride )

so . . .about the uke - enough of the ridiculous chat 

there's something about a slim uke - i think its the fact that the back is closer to the sound board - that gives it a wonderful attacking immediate tone .

Obviously the concept of a travel uke is a bit weird as the ukulele is a very small instrument to begin with , so i tend to think of this as a really strongly built , tough uke that saves a little bit of space in your luggage or in the back of the VW .

The sound is really great and the top build quality really apparent .
