Power Boost

Power Boost:

Ok, I know a lot of you will say good enough for Dave Gilmour, good enough for me, but the Power Boost isn’t just about Pink Floyd tones (although it is a pretty good reason to get your hands on one).

The Power Boost was born back in ’68 and was made to give guitarists a boost  . . . . . in power! – Hence the name!

It does just that, it gives a huge increase in volume and of course will switch to a preset tone when engaged. So, shimmery trebles, ballsy bass and outrageous power PLUS when the volume is pushed up to full the pedal goes into crunchy overdrive. This can be a problem on the original as the increase in volume lead to the pedal being heard in the next county so, we’ve added a master volume – the beast can now be tamed.

Over the last year we’ve reconditioned the original case stamp, had the graphics tightened up and added an LED on/off indicator plus put a power supply socket on it. All that and it’s only gone up £ 20!!!!!
